Firm Returns Weekly - Tom Cruise sets up shop at WB, and other news

Just a brief note this week as I've been travelling, but here are a few news items I've picked out for you.

Warner Bros. Discovery

Tom Cruise sets up shop at Warner Bros. Studios

Tom Cruise's production company has entered into a strategic partnership with Warner Bros. Studios, which will see Cruise jointly developing and producing a new slate of movies featuring him in a starring role. His production company will also be setting up an office on the WB Studios lot.

This won't be an exclusive arrangement, meaning Cruise will continue to work with other studios on existing franchises such as Mission Impossible and Top Gun, but from the sounds of it, all new IP will be developed with Warner Bros.

Godzilla x Kong release moved forward

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire has had its release moved forward to 29 Mar from 12 April, filling a slot vacated by Mickey 17.

The vote on the equity raise will be held this coming Thursday (18 Jan), so we should have the result by the end of the week.

If you're a shareholder, make sure you get your vote in before then, and if you're having trouble doing so, see the contact details I've included in this post:
